We tested Order Rescue initially to see what was going on in our checkout. Within days, the dashboard showed exactly how many customers were leaving after typing an invalid code. Once we switched the rescue offers on, it became a reliable incremental revenue driver. The setup was simple, and our Account Manager helped us fine-tune the offer logic to protect margin while improving conversion.
Order Rescue has given us some really interesting insight in to how our customers are engaging with us where discounts are concerned, more importantly which customers are abandoning and why. Not only has this helped shape our code strategy but it’s also helped us convert those at the greatest risk of abandoning.
Have used in a couple of sites now. Order rescue works great for Shopify Plus checkouts and gives much more visibility of discount code usage and also saves checkouts. We saw about 2.5% incremental order volumes in the first couple of months and are still optimising. Support is great and very responsive. Recommended to a few stores now.
