I had an issue the first time I installed the app and I was impatient because of the issue and left them a 1-star review but their reached out to me and offer me some help. We had a conversation via Zoom guided me and explained to me how their app works. I haven't used it that much but I guess their app is worth the money.

Great support from Ashwin and team. We didn't have an accredited SMS gateway provider but Ashwin checked the docs of a local app, and they made it work! Great job

Not working I tried everything but no SMS or whatsapp texts are getting sent. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

No shipping notification!!! Don’t waste your money, this app does not do what you need. It does not relay any shipping information at all.

We needed an app that could send sms for order fulfillment using our own sms api. We contacted support and got an immediate reply to help and sort out a few issues. Now we are up and running.
