I hoped this app would allow me to send email updates who customers who ordered a specific items in our store that are delayed. However, this app seems to only allow to send out item non-specific emails to ALL customers if their order has been unfulfilled for X amount of days. Might be helpful for some, definitely not for us as we're running a lot of pre-orders and only some are delayed, especially at the moment. Others are on time and those people shouldn't be receiving any updates.
