Diamond MMA review for O: Auto Tag Order & Customer

We use a 3PL company to ship out our orders. We also have branded boxes. We had issues with the warehouse using the wrong boxes while picking and packing orders. We used this app to tag all the orders using the correct boxes. We had a couple of little roadblocks but the customer service with the app was excellent. They were super fast and efficient in helping set up all the rules. I have not had a problem since. This app is user-friendly and easy to use. Highly recommend.
