This app is outstanding! Almost every shipping company included in their list. The detailed insights of shipping allow us to proactively address issues before customers even have to complain. Our team can easily monitor order statuses in one place, and customers love being able to track their orders themselves, which has significantly reduced inquiries. Have been using the app for some time now and it works perfectly, we are able to track the order status in on our shopify dashboard which makes it easier to track customer orders.

I love this order tracking app! It allows my customers to track their orders right from my website, from placement to delivery. The seamless integration with my courier’s tracking system keeps everything in one place, significantly reducing inquiries from customers always asking about their packages. Now they can track anytime, and the best part is that whatsapp messages are sent to customers at every step of the courier process. This has greatly improved customer satisfaction. Very useful app for our team, we can see all our parcels in shopify dashboard and also customer can see their order status. we asked for some customisation and they did it very quickly. price plan are good as well.
