A total lifesaver for Shopify-Etsy integration! We were struggling with the native limitations of both Etsy and Shopify, but OrderBridge is incredibly clever at working around them. It bridges the gap perfectly. On top of that, its compatibility with other ecosystem apps is fantastic—it integrates seamlessly with Judge.me, Searchanise, and a bunch of others we already use. What really sets this app apart, though, is the support. Gary was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions quickly and went above and beyond to get the app working exactly the way we needed it to. Highly recommend!

OrderBridge has been a great find. The pricing is fair (which is honestly rare in this category), and it actually works for Canadian businesses which is something a lot of other apps seem to overlook. The Etsy → Shopify sync is smooth and reliable, and the Chrome extension makes importing orders and updating shipping details super quick with just a couple of clicks and it does them all at once. It’s also helped me work around Etsy’s newer API limitations without any headaches. One feature I really appreciate is the automatic phone number fill-in. Since Etsy doesn’t require phone numbers but my 3PL does through Shopify, this saves me time on every order. I haven’t even needed to contact support yet because everything has worked flawlessly so far. Clean interface, no issues, no complaints. Honestly though, I am not sure where there is a button to contact support so perhaps that could be clear, although admittedly I haven't looked for that. If you’re syncing Etsy to Shopify or thinking about switching from one of the overpriced apps out there, this is an easy recommendation.

This was the app I was searching for to handle all of the limitations that Etsy put on their API. The app does what it needs (imports shipping & loads back tracking numbers) but also does a lot of other cool features like sync reviews and help manage the inventory levels. I'd also like to point out that Gary has been incredibly helpful with customer support in getting the app setup for my business. He has helped implement feature request that I have had (in a matter of hours) and he's very responsive to any ideas as well. Highly recommend for those looking to get Etsy orders into Shopify for various reasons. In my case, our 3PL only worked with Shopify orders so we needed to find a way to merge them and not have to manually copy and paste. Thanks for making this app Gary! A+ Would recommend.
