OrderCup, is an amazing platform,easy to navigate, fast response from the IT team. They always there to support you! The team, fast response gives you the reassurance you won't be waiting for days to resolve an issue. For the las 3 years I have the pleasure to have Ed helping us. Ed, is very knowledgeable, hard working, well respected. Ed, thank you so much for making my life easier running my company. Once again today you made our day. We have been using Order Cup for over five years now and are very happy with the service. We use Order Cup for shipping across North America, the layout is user friendly, easy to navigate, and has a nice clean look. The representatives at Order Cup are quick to resolve any issues, very friendly, and all have wonderful customer service. Thank you Order Cup and a special thank you to Ed!

Best shipping service out there. Ed and his team have been great to deal with. Always very quick to respond if we have an issue and get it resolved quickly.

We just recently got a contract account with Canada Post and were given a few recommendations to try for third party shipment software. OrderCup was by far the best, easiest and most comprehensive of them all. Any issues/questions I had the staff was quick to respond and were very helpful. I couldn't say enough good things about this app. Highly recommended!!
