OrderGuard: COD Protection

OrderGuard: COD Protection is a Shopify App designed to help ecommerce merchants prevent COD losses by identifying risky orders before fulfillment. The app uses smart AI order risk assessment to score each order based on customer history, behavior patterns, and fraud signals like duplicate phone numbers and repeat addresses. Merchants can review flagged orders, track loss prevention, and automate actions to reduce cancellations and shipping losses. OrderGuard aims to provide clear, data-driven insights to help merchants make smarter fulfillment decisions and protect their margins.
