Il serait vraiment préférable que l'application ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre, car nous ne sommes jamais capables de retourner voir ou nous sommes rendu pour faire imprimer les commande quand il y en a beaucoup
Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, the behaviour of Shopify opening apps in the same window is a limitation of the Shopify admin itself and sadly cannot be changed from our side. I have used this app since 2018. They made a change in January and now I can't print orders or labels which is very problematic for my business. I contacted them and they told me they are looking into reverting to the old version but it's still the new version and I can't print anything. **EDIT They have contacted me by email and I am yet to see if they will fix these problems for me.
EDIT: We have found and fixed the issues they were running into, their review has just not been updated yet :) Hi there, Thanks for the feedback and very sorry for the troubles. Our support team replied to your message to gather more information about the error you were seeing, but never heard back from you. We'd love to work out your specific issue. PS.
