OrderMax

OrderMax is a Shopify App developed by Knollwood Labs that helps retailers manage special orders, work orders, and purchase orders that are outside standard Shopify workflows. It allows users to create and track special orders for out-of-stock or custom items, manage repair and service work orders, and send purchase orders directly to vendors. Customers receive automatic email updates as their orders progress through different statuses. The app also enables tracking of deposits, partial payments, and remaining balances for each order. Order history and status can be accessed from both the Shopify admin and point of sale. However, there are not enough reviews available to analyze at the moment.
