OrderShield

OrderShield provides explainable order risk scores for Shopify merchants, allowing them to understand why each order is deemed risky. The app reviews new orders and assigns a risk score based on various signals such as first-time customers, repeated orders from one identity, reused phone numbers and addresses, disposable email domains, and previously cancelled orders. Merchants have full control to review and cancel fake orders, tune rule weights, manage allowlists and blocklists, and work through a review queue. However, there are not enough reviews to analyze at the moment.
