Mike Bender Golf Products review for Ordersify: PDF Order Printer

The app is nice and has a lot of designability which I liked a lot. HOWEVER, the app doesn't correctly print packing slips when shipping out items from the same order but on different days. It will only print the first packing slip (in my case for digital downloaded training videos) but will not print a packing slip for the physical goods I shipped later from the same order. Tech support seemed to have little comprehension of my language nor much interest in helping when trying to get a remedy. ALSO, the refund template does not function properly. The refund amount DOES NOT show up on the document making it worthless.
