This app kind of does what we need but would love something better it is very glitchy and most of the functions do not work. For instance if you want to delete a batch of products it doesnt delete them so you have to go in 1 by 1 and delete them individually this is just one of many bug bears we have
This is a really good app, with great customer care. We have been using it for over a year and are still finding new ways to implement it on our store. Thank you for such a functional well thought out product.

Tried the app, didn't like it, deleted the app, but the pop-up box is still on my site! There is no way to get rid of it, even though I deleted the app. This is terrible.

This app was exactly what I was looking! I ran into some code issues on my shop's end, and their customer service team was able to quickly fix my issues and were a huge help. Highly recommend! 7/14/23 - We have been using this app with no issues, but some changes we made broke it. I reached out to support, Andy was able to fix it right away. Great support staff.

As most business owners know, having items out of stock becomes problematic when the customers are unable to know when the item is back in stock. Customer simply want to know when it’s in stock and the business owners want the process to be automated. This app is excellent in resolving this problem. The customer support is second to none. We’ve used this app for several years without any problems. We eventually experienced an issue with a few of the products not recognizing stock items. When we contacted support, it was resolved within 12 hours and with follow up communications from the team to make sure that the issue was fully resolved.

Great option for allowing customers to sign up to be notified for out of stock items. Service team was very very quick to help with requests and set up!

Had some runaround getting support from them - I only got automated replies that did not answer my questions for a whole week. But eventually got help from a human and they solved my problems.

Andy (From Ordersify) was really helpful in making everything work just the way we wanted it. We use it for the 'Back in stock' and 'Pre-order' buttons. As described above, we did need a bit of help to get it to work, but we are really happy with the result :-) Thank you!!

I had a few issues with their ticketing process - however its been resolved and Andy managed to resolve my problems really quickly.

The app is super helpful. Had some issues with support to start with but was fixed in a timely fashion. Getting emails when my inventory drops below a certain level is excellent

It's alot easier for us to keep in contact with those customers that are wanting our products that are out of stock. We've been able to secure their purchase quicker before they move onto somewhere else.
