They were very quick to solve our only problem and are there to answer your questions in real time. Highly recommend using this app for its functionality and support team! It is very easy-to-use and works with custom themes with a little tweaking.

Super helpful customer support. Thank you Andy. They did edits while on the chat which is always appreciated! Do note you will most likely need a few edits done by them to get everything looking perfect on individual websites. But they did it with absolute ease. I do wish the email template options were broader, and easier to edit without needing CSS/ Liquid skills. The current one feels very much inline with Shopify's notification emails, which in my opinion are very basic. A couple of already designed layouts would go a super long way for those who can't design them in code.

So far the app works really well to add the functionality of having back-in-stock notifications on a shop. Some things require the app team to code in for you but their support is great and pretty fast.

The best app to set back in stock notifications. Large personalization options, well-designed, intuitive. The customer support is wonderful! They solve all problems quickly. I recommend it, it's the best app on Shopify!

Génial ! Je n'y connais rien en codage, en même pas 30 minutes ils ont pris la main sur mon site et ont tout programmé ! Je suis ravie, pour un dimanche, équipe très réactive ! Tout a fait ce que je souhaitais pour avertir ma clientèle des stocks restants !!! Tout est automatique, tout est programmé, je n'ai plus rien à faire ! Merci encore !!

Excellent and affordable app. Not only that, the customer service is excellent. Andy worked with to fix some deliverability issues with my Back in stock emails. Happy to say everything is perfect and exactly what I needed. Keep up the great work :)
