We were looking for an application to offer our customers the possibility of requesting to be informed when a product is back in stock. We use a template called "Vintage" by Shopify --> Supply. We had noticed a problem regardless of the application we were using to learn that the problem came from the template itself. Shopify refused to correct everything, claiming that we had to change to a 2.0 template. When I tried this application, the problem arose again and we needed to position the button in another place without forgetting that we offer our site in French and in English. So I contacted Andy to ask him if he could change the positioning and if the app was bilingual and I told him about our problem. He offered to watch it all. Thank you Andy because now we have the functionality we wanted and it's thanks to you and your application. I recommend this app AND the masterful service we had.

Had this app for a while but we never put much attention to it. Now that we are restocking a lot of items we needed help with its functionality. The customer support was quick in their response and extremely knowledgeable. We will be staying with this app and upgrading as our business grows. Great job support team!

I'm still in the trial phase, however so far this app looks like it will be perfect for what we need. Most of the set-up was straight forward, however when I did need some technical support, the team at Ordersify responded instantly and had the integration fixed perfectly immediately. I am still in the trial phase of this app but I do feel it will be a great tool when my customer base begins using it more frequently. My key reason behind the 5-star rating is the fantastic/speedy support!

excellent customer service. app is very easy to use and customize! i am just trying out the free version so far and it is great! this app has the best subscription options for price when compared to what other apps offer for the same price!
