This app is great when it works completely. My customers love being able to get notifications when products they're waiting on go back in stock. The app has been easy to configure. My only issue is that during the last month not all notifications have gone out. I have had to manually go through my unsent notifications to find the ones that have slipped through the cracks. It's not the worst problem but definitely takes time away from my day.

Had some customer service issues in the beginning but now works like a charm. Customizable alerts in terms of language are really useful.

The app is really helpful but the support is slow and sometimes does not react, closes cases which are not solved etc. Nevertheless we keep the app and hope, support will get better in the near future. / Update: Still a good app, supports still closes cases unanswered. We move on now.

I am really impressed with this app and even though there are other apps with more reviews this one is BY FAR the best app in the shopify store. It does what they say it does very easily and efficiently and on top of that the customer service is excellent.. Congrats for this superb app .

I own and operate a large ecommerce website. We have currently had issues with the global supply chain and for the first time have been out of stock on many items. The Ordersify app has solved my need for Back In Stock items and automatically notifying customers. There support team is excellent. I couldn't get a feature to work properly and simply sent them the request, it was fixed and working on my website the very next day! Would highly recommend this app.

I installed this app and ran into a small issue. I emailed them on a Sunday evening, expecting a response the next morning, but they literally responded to me within minutes. They fixed my problem right away and got me up and running. So thrilled with my experience.

After a week with no response, Andy finally came through and made up for it with fantastic service! Someone was sick and they had a backlog. I'm looking forward to the extra features coming in the future. This app has really helped me capture emails for pre-orders as I can't put too many on site. Highly recommend app and team!
