1 STAR We have been utilizing this app for several months; however, we have recently encountered a significant issue regarding the email notifications for back-in-stock alerts, which have failed to be sent. Initially, we contacted customer service, and they promptly responded. Unfortunately, despite their initial efforts, they were unable to resolve the problem. Regrettably, since then, we have not received any further communication from them. I have made two subsequent inquiries following my initial contact, but I have yet to receive a response. It is disappointing to experience such a lapse in customer service, especially after initially receiving prompt attention. *******UPDATE - 4 STARS Customer service reached out the day after I posted my initial review and resolved the issues. Besides the blip in sending, this app does the job. I do wish the app offered a bit more. Such as offering the option to load more than 15 notifications per page in the dashboard or the ability to sort noficiation requests by product title.
I recently migrated my website from WordPress WooCommerce to Shopify, and I wanted to share my positive experience with the "Back in Stock - Out of Stock" app. This app provides an excellent stock notification feature that my customers truly appreciate. The app is incredibly user-friendly and offers all the necessary functions I need to manage stock availability effectively. Additionally, I must commend Andy and the team for their outstanding support. When I encountered a problem, they promptly assisted me and resolved it overnight. I wholeheartedly recommend the "Back in Stock - Out of Stock" app to anyone in need of a reliable and convenient solution for managing stock notifications. It has been a game-changer for my business, and I am confident it will benefit others as well. 100% recommended!

So glad I went with Ordersify to add back in stock and low stock features to our website! Customer service is absolutely amazing, they always respond within 10 minutes and fix the problem every time. Thank you Ordersify team!!!

Had some issues with a newly installed theme where the app didn't work properly. Seemed like we'd forgotten to activate it in the customization. They fixed the issue very quickly!

They were able to assist me with my pre order setup Everything works great. For a team of just 2 people they work pretty fast . I would Recommend hiring more people for assistance.

Couldn't get it to work initially but I messaged customer support and Andy had it working within minutes. Looks great, hopefully helps conversions in out store. 5/5, can't fault the service at all, great stuff!
