Working app! Quick and friendly support. The support service processed my requests within an hour. Provided some features for free!!

Order Tagger has been extremely impactful to the operations of our business over the past few years. We are a furniture brand and manage a very difficult logistics program nationwide- tagging orders with various attributes has allowed us many opportunities to find efficiencies and generally has helped us make our business run more smoothly. We rely on it heavily and the support team has always been extremely responsive, no matter the time of day, and very helpful. This is a fantastic, legitimately solid application. Highly recommend!

So happy with order tagger! The app itself is so easy to use and the support is awesome - we needed something customized and Sam was able to complete the customization so fast and it worked perfectly. You need this app!

The only thing that sucked was i didn't know about this when first set up shop. This app is perfect for order organization. AND...if you need to do a retro active rule application their dev team will take care of you. Outstanding service.

Being able to tag all our orders automatically help us sort through everything much much easier! If there are any issues that occur, their support gets back to you in a timely manner and gets the issues fixed every time!

Great app! made sorting through orders so much easier. Being able to tag our international and express orders as well as gift cards makes processing orders a little easier.

They created a custom rule specifically for my business, just so that we were able to tag our customers that had received a shipment. Now, we can reach out to all customers and make sure their orders had no problems. Awesome experience! Thanks!

Use this app to tag our orders and sort before shipping. Had an issue with the tags not working on one location, but this was quickly resolved without any fuss.

Order Tagger provides a solution for us to tag 1st time customers (and then ensure our fulfillment center sens them a special first customer welcome gift). App works exactly as required. Support is outstanding.

The team at Order Tagger have been amazingly helpful implementing their tool. It actually didn't require any effort to implement, but we had questions around functionality that they were very responsive with. So far the tool is working exactly as needed and we're very happy with it.

I'm using this app to tag new customers so that the fulfilment centre knows to add a flyer into the new customer orders. The app was configured by the developers and seems easy to use. Lots of other ways of using it too, plus quick and helpful support. Thanks!

An absolutely incredible app (very easy to use, quick to set up) and incredible customer service! Sam went out of their way to email me quickly and answer all of my questions. Definitely recommend giving this app an install!
