I am going to use this app so that a 3PL that I use would know to use a certain custom box when certain orders are being placed. This app is just amazing. Moreover, the support is so quick and very helpful!!

I used this app to help me separate my Christmas orders from my regular day to day orders. I found the app wasn't working exactly how I wanted so got in touch with support. Valentina was very quick to respond to my query and resolve my issue for me, it's now working perfectly and makes my busiest period really easy to organise. 10/10 would recommend the app and the support that comes with it.

This app works really well and even more important they have knowledgeable support that responds very quickly!!!! Which is HUGE as a small biz owner! I would highly recommend this app!!

We mostly use the app to find orders that needs the attention of our Customer Service team. We also tag orders for reporting. Works great, saves a lot of time!

The perfect tool to tag subscriber customers, pulls from recharge and gets all the right data. Customer support is PHENOMENAL. They helped to set up my flows. Very impressive.

This app has been amazing for tagging orders properly after moving from ReCharge Checkout to Shopify Checkout. Takes some patience and testing to setup, but once you got it, it's all automated. Great customer service too.

I used this app to help tag orders for specific ship locations to integrate with Shipstation better. Customer service was super helpful in doing this and helping streamline this process for me

I used this app to tag the product title in the notes, allowing the product to display on labels. I also have it set up to separate between different couriers depending on postcode. It looks like we can use the tags and workflows for all sorts of direct marketing and ecommerce solutions I never even knew we needed or could get from this app! We've been looking for something to solve these issues for some time now, and this app goes above and beyond what we needed. The support is excellent too.

Great app, easy to use and way better than the one we used before. Also great, fast support! Only complaint would be to have a better search/category function when choosing criterias for work flows!

Order Tagger is working great. We've had some unique and complicated situations that we want our orders tagged for involving multiple POS locations and third party apps. Order Tagger's support team has been hands on in figuring out how to write some custom workflows. Very much appreciated.
