This is undoubtedly the best and most comprehensive tagging App you can integrate into the Shopify platform - the support from the team is excellent when you are setting up, developing improvements or integrating with other Apps - from start up in March 2020 we have processed over 14,000 orders and Order Tagger has not missed a beat - an excellent all round solution

With this app we were able to significantly decrease the loading time of our shop and the overall time needed for fulfilling orders. The support is amazing and fast and helps you set up everything.

These guys are awesome! I have never used any Order Tagger that worked so well as this. I was using another app for years but they went silent and no longer helped when we needed it. Also, this app does the tagging in REAL TIME. Meaning an order comes and it gets tagged ASAP. You don't have to wait days while the tagging system does huge batches which slowed our company down. This app was a godsend. They helped me make a new option as well when I asked for it. A++++++

We're using Order Tagger to help us with reporting and organization. We've got several channels and it's difficult to sort out reporting in our backend ERP. Having the orders enter the ERP already tagged with the information we need has made reporting much easier. Creating the rules was simple as well, they have so many variables to check that at times you'd think there was TOO much. This is definitely an app you need if you want to help automate several of your processes and don't know how to flag the orders you need.

Unbelievable app to help streamline your business and the support is incredible. We needed a few custom solutions that were not readily available and the team built them out within days of a request. Just an unreal experience.

Order Tagger works great to keep our orders organized and up to date. The devs even added functionality to allow us to only apply a certain order tag if the product tag started with a specific string. With the amount of time saved, it's well worth the small cost!

Very usefull APP to tag orders that you need to manage in special way (pre-sales, special campaigns...) or to create custom report based on order details. We use it quite always for orders, but you can tag customer and products as well. I give it 4 stars because sometimes we need tags a little more complex and the app couldn't cover everything. Customer service is always available and give quick response to all questions.

This app works perfectly for us! It is by far the best tagger app that we have tried. And the excellent service from Steve impressed us so much! We would absolutely stick with it in the future.

This app helped us immensely by allowing us to tag our orders with the delivery date field from another app, "Delivery Date and Time Suite". The flexibility of the Order Tagger app in allowing you to dig into the note attributes field is enormously useful. Also, the support we received from Steve when querying the above functionality was excellent and straight to the point. Highly recommended!

Very helpful app to tag orders, which we use to organize and prioritize orders for pick/pack/ship. The developer has been very responsive in answering questions and open to recommendations to expand the functionality of the app. Recommended!

Got the app for one specific need - which it didn't have but they added the feature very quickly and it works perfectly. Now that I have the app I know we'll be using it for many other things as well. Update: We have been using this for quite some time now for a variety of purposes. A lot of it is tagging orders and putting the tags into the notes which are then imported in ShipStation, and we have a lot of our ShipStation automations running off them. Support for order tagger is extremely fast and helpful.
