When it comes to shipping, these people will bend over backwards to support you. I had many troubles and issues with shipping and every time I made a mistake in processing or setting up my items, their team worked together to resolve the issues for me. The ONLY bad thing i can say is their on call service isn't available 24/7. but you can always contact and email them to resolve an issue. I would recommend them to Shopify users. Amazing pricing on shipping. They are definitely worth it.
