Ordra ‑ ReturnShield

Ordra - ReturnShield is an app designed to help ecommerce merchants understand repeat refund behavior and control who can complete checkout. It analyzes fulfilled orders and refunds from the store's latest 60 days, allowing merchants to choose to Allow, Watch, or Block customers based on flagged behavior. The app also applies merchant-configured checkout rules through Shopify Functions, including PO box and country rules for delivery address checks, and phone-required and phone-country-code rules for checkout phone verification. These values are processed internally within Shopify and not stored by ReturnShield.
