I’ve been using Orka for a little while now and honestly, it’s been a great addition to my store. The live chat is super easy to use, and I love that it’s built right into Shopify — no extra tabs or confusion. Their customer service is seriously next level… quick, helpful, and you can tell they really care. I also use their booking tool, Cowlendar, and it’s hands down the best I’ve tried. It just works, no glitches, no hassle. Together, both tools have made running my business way smoother. Highly recommend if you’re looking for tools that actually do what they promise.
