WhatsApp Business Shows that the app is connected, However, the app on Shopify shows disconnected and it has been down the whole weekend making my logistic more dificult! Also support does not answer

The order and shipping notification works correctly. The owners have generated some changes that mean that you can at least contact them to solve problems
