I mostly needed something for low stock warnings and this handles it nicely. The CSV downloads are handy too, especially before supplier orders. didnt expect to use the reports much but they actually help.
We manage inventory across two warehouse locations so this has been a big improvement for us. Scheduled reports arrive exactly when expected, WhatsApp notifications are useful for our operations staff, and the filtering tools make bulk monitoring much less stressful. I also appreciate being able to send alerts to different team members depending on product category. One thing I would still add is a darker dashboard option, and maybe a quicker way to duplicate existing alert setups for similar collections.
Works fine for our needs. We use it mainly for the recipient routing so different team members get pinged about their own product lines, which has cut down on confusion massively. Would be nice if there was better integration with our existing analytics stack though, and the initial setup wizard could walk you through threshold logic a bit better.
