Lately, the blogs do not represent the product correctly. A recent blog featured Remy hair extensions, but on the blog post were images of braiding hair and braid attachment. There is consistently no anchor texts linked to relevant products and collection pages. No sentences link to relevant guides. This creates missed opportunities for us.
It's a great app, but the customer service is so low quality. I've been talking with Ani multiple times, and it's literally a pain to have to deal with him. It takes days to sort out a simple issue, and always needs intervention from the manager to come in and sort out anything the most simple of issues.
