I'm enjoying using the Pabloo app on my website. I see most of our customers are engaging with our cashback benefits. We're giving some customers cashback when they make a qualified purchase above $70. And I've noticed that it does have an affect on customer behavior.

This Shopify app saved us during an inventory crisis. When our top selling hoodie sold out, we used Pabloo to issue store credit instead of giving direct refunds. We were successful at retaining customers who otherwise would have walked away. Thanks and great work!

Decision to use Pabloo Store Credit came after our BFCM customer support requests. Unfortunately we had delays in the fulfillment of several of our bags and understandably, some customers were upset. We installed Pabloo to give those customers store credit for late delivery. This app is helpful in this regard because it allows you to presave templates for customer support. Right now, we're giving 5% with goals of bringing it down to 3%. Each customer was offered a full refund or the complimentary store credit and all chose the latter. Great product, thank you.

This app is good for my store. It lets me give customers credit if they return something. It also gives new customers a credit just for signing up. It's very easy to set up. I'm able to see all the new signups and how much store credit they earned.

I recently implemented this app to manage a Black Friday cashback campaign, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The two standout features for me were the product-specific configuration and the Customer Segmentation. Instead of a store-wide blanket offer, I was able to select exactly which products to include in the cashback campaign. I'm doing this to push slow-moving inventory and reward purchases for high-margin items. The segmentation tools are powerful and easy to use. I was able to target only subscribed customers and create a tailored campaign that feels personal.
