Beware. This app cost me approximately $1,500 in lost revenue due to a bug that allowed customers to use more store credit than was actually available in their accounts. I contacted support, but Pabloo provided no clear explanation of what caused the issue and offered no resolution or compensation. There were no settings enabled on my end that would have caused this, so this appears to be a system-side problem. App is also glitchy and numerous pages load with no data. Find better options

This app is scam. It is literally impossible to use the free plan. Plus they didn't put a button to turn off ads to sell the subscription. It is literally impossible to make any settings on the free plan. do not download.

Pabloo makes it super easy to handle store credit. I love that we can use store credit, gift cards, and cash back all together. It connected with our other apps without any trouble, and it’s made refunds and running sales much simpler. The cash back tool is very interesting, it's our first time using it yet I'm already seeing the results. This tool is the best.

Our team is loving Pabloo! They helped us through a seamless migration process and Emad and team provided plenty of support for our small team despite the challenges of migrating over from Rise. The Pabloo team has also been excited and quick to build out new features upon request that have enhanced our membership program and have helped us retain shoppers at a much better rate than our old partner. Can't wait to continue building our program with Pabloo!
