Pabloo Store Credit & Cashback

I have two criticisms, and they’re worth noting. First, the batch credit expiration setup is buried under "Advanced Settings," which took me 10 minutes to locate. Second, the refund handling defaults to deducting credit before cash, which you'll want to change if you process many returns. Both are fixable, but the documentation could be more transparent. That said, the app has run for a while without a single downtime incident. Cashback calculations are accurate.
Bingo! This is the app you must have Setting it up took less than five minutes, and the interface is so intuitive that I didn’t even need to glance at the documentation. My customers can now earn cashback on every purchase, which automatically converts to store credit they can use later. Support is lightning-fast and actually helpful. Had one small question about rounding rules, and they replied within 10 minutes with a clear solution.
We started with a fresh slate with this app. The shopify flow integration makes it easy to direct workflows to the Pabloo app and issue store credit. I feel like the app is laid out nicely, for example the dashboard links to parts of the app that manage that metric, I find that pretty clever.
Beware. This app cost me approximately $1,500 in lost revenue due to a bug that allowed customers to use more store credit than was actually available in their accounts. I contacted support, but Pabloo provided no clear explanation of what caused the issue and offered no resolution or compensation. There were no settings enabled on my end that would have caused this, so this appears to be a system-side problem. App is also glitchy and numerous pages load with no data. Find better options
This app is scam. It is literally impossible to use the free plan. Plus they didn't put a button to turn off ads to sell the subscription. It is literally impossible to make any settings on the free plan. do not download.
