This app has made shipping multiple times quicker and simpler for our store! Packrooster makes shipping smooth with automation while also being flexible and customizable: using multiple courier services and shipping to different countries with varying customs clearance demands are not a problem. Our experience with the customer support from the Packrooster staff has been absolutely stellar: efficient, friendly and helpful!

Packrooster on ollut käytössä jo pitkään ja toiminut täysin moitteetta vuosia. Hinnoittelu ei ole varmasti markkinoiden halvimmasta päästä ja viime vuoden korotukset riipaisivat ikävästi. Olen kuitenkin sitä mieltä, että lähetyksien toimivuus on yksi olennaisimmista toiminnoista verkkokaupassa ja tähän olemme valmiita panostamaan. Toki kaikkia ominaisuuksia ei ole meilläkään käytössä eli ns. laajempi hinnoittelumalli voisi toimia useammalle kauppiaalle. Asiakaspalvelu on ollut tähän asti luokassa suomen nopeinta, kaikkiin mahdollisiin kysymyksiin vastaukset ovat tulleet salamana, kiitos Tatu!
Excellent app and absolutely overwhelmingly good customer support! We are long time clients and on multiple occasions Packrooster crew has helped us in technical difficulties and even helped to narrow down problems with third party integrations - problems that had nothing to do with Packrooster itself but the other party. They are always fast to respond, friendly and exceptionally competent experts. Love it. Really raises the bar for other companies with their example. Would give more stars if possible.
