Wir hatten das Problem, dass Kunden bei der Lieferung an Packstation falsche Angaben gemacht oder zum Beispiel ihre Postnummer vergessen haben. Das haben wir mit der App super gelöst. Optisch top & UX auch sehr gut. Mit wenigen Klicks eingerichtet. Bei Rückfragen war der Support wirklich beeindruckend gut.
