I had a billing issue with PagePilot, and Jass helped resolve it and arranged a refund. Jass was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you, Jass and the PagePilot team, for your support!
Very handy app to make quick product pages. Also their customer service is very very helpful. Thank you Harsh my man!
Very disappointing experience with PagePilot. I purchased the Lite Plan through Shopify and only after paying did I discover, through support, that the Shopify version and the Website version operate as separate platforms with separate subscriptions. The main issue is that the Website version includes access to MCP, which was one of the main features I needed, while the Lite Plan I purchased through Shopify does not give me access to it. On top of that, the Website version was available with a 30% discount. In practice, I ended up paying more for a version that offers less for my use case. What I find most frustrating is that such an important difference was not made clear enough before purchase. I only received a proper explanation after I had already paid and contacted support. I ultimately had to request a refund so I could move to the correct version. The product itself may be useful, but the purchasing process and lack of transparency between the two versions created a very poor customer experience.
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. To clarify for anyone considering PagePilot, our Shopify app and our web platform are separate products with different subscriptions and feature sets. MCP is available through our web tool and is not included in the Shopify app's Lite Plan. We understand that choosing the right version for your specific needs is important, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this distinction. We're glad our support team was able to explain the differences and assist you with your refund request so you could move to the platform that better fits your needs. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our communication and customer experience. Our account managers are also available to provide guidance and help you find the right solutions for your e-commerce journey. PagePilot Team
