This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles crucial aspects of an online store. While the app may have potential, the complete lack of support makes it unreliable for professional use. I would advise developers to drastically improve their customer service if they want to be taken seriously in the Shopify market. Unless you are willing to troubleshoot every issue yourself, I suggest looking for alternatives with more responsive customer support.
