He realizado las pruebas recomendadas (hard refresh y navegación en incógnito) con diferentes productos y variantes, y ahora el comportamiento es exactamente el esperado. La asociación de la caja de regalo con cada producto queda clara en todos los casos. Agradezco enormemente vuestra rapidez y profesionalidad en la resolución del problema. Easy to use and exactly what we needed for gifting and notecard options. PALs customer service is unparalleled--I emailed with a question and had an immediate response. They went above and beyond to help me and with some specific tweaks unique to our website. Great app, great communication, great service. Highly recommend.

The app is easy to set up and customize sufficiently. When I had a request about a minor display issue, I immediately received very friendly help. The gift wrap service is also very well received by our customers; it is definitely an absolute plus in the customer journey!

Great app. Nice and simple to use and does the job perfectly. Raised a query with the dev team as we could not identify which products within an order required gift wrapping. This was amended right away. We also discovered a glitch that the team immediately fixed for us! Thank you! - 10/10

Absolutely love this app! It lets customers easily add a special gift note while ordering — exactly what I needed for my store. The support team is excellent — I asked for a small customization, and they guided me step-by-step with great patience. Highly recommended!
