Latasimme sovelluksen Shopify Marketplacesta ja jo lyhyen kokeilun jälkeen olimme siihen erittäin tyytyväisiä. Erityisen vaikuttavaa on ollut, että asiakkaamme voivat saada vastauksia kysymyksiinsä useilla eri kielillä, tämä on parantanut asiakaskokemusta huomattavasti. Deneme süresi ardından otimme yhteyttä Palmate-tiimiin ja saimme tarpeisiimme räätälöityjä ratkaisuja, minkä vuoksi päätimme jatkaa palvelun käyttöä maksullisella tilauksella. Palmate’i bir süredir kullanıyoruz ve gerçekten çok memnunuz. Yapay zeka chatbot hizmetlerini hem web sitemize hem Instagram’a hem de WhatsApp’a entegre ettik. İş yükümüzü ciddi anlamda azalttı. Ekip inanılmaz ilgili; her konuda hızlıca destek oluyorlar. Öyle bir chatbot hazırladık ki yalnızca soruları yanıtlamakla kalmıyor, müşterilere ürün tavsiyeleri vererek ek satış yapmamıza bile yardımcı oluyor. Sepet ortalamamız belirgin şekilde yükseldi. Ayrıca müşteriler artık 7/24 bir muhatap bulabildikleri için çok daha memnunlar. Gece yazıldığında sabaha kadar cevap bekleme sorunumuz tamamen çözüldü. Bu durum hem gereksiz şikayetleri engelledi hem de “acaba dolandırıldım mı” gibi güvensizlik duygularını ortadan kaldırdı. Bir diğer artısı da, sepetini yarım bırakan müşterilere otomatik mesaj gönderebiliyor olmamız. Bu özellik satışları gözle görülür şekilde artırdı. Kısacası, hem operasyonel yükümüz azaldı hem de satışlarımız olumlu yönde etkilendi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
