If you use the ligitimate google to translate that text you will find it simply means: You have parameters missing in the query (not scary anymore when shown in English hah), and this error has something to do with a recent update of Safari. You can always contact support to get more information before firing accusations, any app that make it through the app store can't be a scam.

It worked for a while, but after upgrading to a paid plan I can't sync our orders to Paypal. Support is not responding. Paypal is now limiting our account because we haven't provided tracking details!

Hello, We didn't receive any email from your side, maybe you are sending to the wrong destination? Looking at your logs we see the syncing is working fine, the app was limiting your syncing because of quota limit, there is multiple plans available to use according to the number of orders you have per month.
