Amazing App! The support team is exceptional very responsive, and quick to reply. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, they have resolved it efficiently and professionally. The app itself is user-friendly, intuitive, and reliable, making it a pleasure to use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both a great app experience and great customer support.

I’ve just started using this app to create product bundles and apply discounts across my store—and it’s completely free, which is rare and amazing. The interface is intuitive, and it gave me exactly the flexibility I needed to boost AOV without complicating the customer experience. I did run into a system issue, but the support team—Bhagya, Tarang, and Karan—were absolutely phenomenal. They responded quickly, understood the problem, and resolved it with care and precision. Panda Bundle has been awesome for our Shopify store. The app works great, it’s easy to set up and you can tell it’s always improving with regular updates. But the real standout is the support - genuinely top notch. Shubhanker in particular is the best. He helped us right away, was super quick to respond and actually took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. Can’t recommend Panda Bundle enough if you want a solid bundle app backed by people who truly care.

This is an excellent app for discount creation, and I look forward to testing its bundling features. Overall, it's a great tool to use. The most impressive aspect, however, is the customer support. Karan is consistently available and incredibly helpful. His dedication is truly remarkable, and I'm so grateful for his incredible assistance.

I've been using this app to help me set up bundling for my products, and it's been amazing! I love the customisations, the options, and the newest update pushed out allows you you to display gifts + much more. I had some issues post update where it was not pricing my bundles correctly, so I reached out. The team responded immediately, and solved my issue within 48 hours.
