No accountability or ownership - DO NOT TRUST I use their deposit/preorder app on Shopify and when I had an issue with orders they ended up charging my customers a whopping $38,000 USD Months in advance !! I had to refund every cent to my customers but I was left with $965.50 in Shopify credit card fees and the app refuses to reimburse me anything even though it was clearly their fault.

I feel it's a great app and completely functioned as expected for pre-order. It would be situational for other companies who have more complex business requirements. Keep up the good work. Support is very responsive .

Update: after more than a week of trying to make this app work for me the way I wanted it to, it wasn't to be. The support team was very responsive and willing, but after a couple of successes and a few more failures I had to draw the line as it was taking too much time to sort out issues with the app, and causing frustration for me and my customers. Has potential, but didn't work for my site I'm afraid. A couple of hiccups just after set up, but the Panda PreOrders team was straight onto it and sorted things out for me very quickly. I've tried a couple of other backorder apps with not much success. I did find one that I used for a while that was awesome but it became unavailable. Panda Preorders is almost as good and has a couple of additional features that I appreciate, so I am happy so far. And the price once you go past the free threshold seems very reasonable indeed, even for my very small business. I plan to update this review once a few backorders have come in.
