We've been using Pango since the very beginning and it has been a game changer for our store. Before Pango, we struggled to find a returns and exchanges solution that actually worked for us, other platforms just didn't cut it. Pango helped us automate our returns and exchanges in a way that finally made sense for our business. The team is incredibly helpful, always open to new requests and genuinely accommodating. We’ve been working with Pango for quite a while now, and the experience has been truly outstanding. Lukasz, in particular, deserves a special mention. What I value the most is his attitude: always willing to help, always ready to do what we ask, and to do it fast and right. Every time we’ve had a problem, a doubt, or a special case, we’ve received support immediately. No excuses, no delays — just solutions. What makes this collaboration even better is that it hasn’t been one-way. We’ve also been able to give Pango a lot of real feedback from daily use, suggesting improvements and reporting edge cases, and they’ve actually listened and implemented changes. It really feels like a partnership, not just a client–provider relationship.
