We are a small B2C business just ramping up our delivery of healthy food products and have been looking for a tool that allows us to better track our deliveries and customize notifications. We are also trying to use an order as an opportunity to cross-sell or at least build engagement. Although we are just starting to use Parcel Monitor and do not yet have a full view of its performance once fully live, the installation process as well as ability to customize is very intuitive/user friendly. It ticks all the boxes of what we are looking for in an order tracking and notification tool in an engaging UI for the end customer. Additionally, the fact that this is unlimited helps give us the cost security as an SMB business that we will not be receiving a surprise invoice at the end of the month, which can be the case for other Shopify apps. We will start integrating this into our order flow!
