Incredible Support & A Seamless Freight Setup Working with Cole and the ParcelPath team has been an outstanding experience. I needed to customize dynamic LTL freight rates so that customers could see real-time shipping options directly in the cart. After extensive troubleshooting, back-and-forth testing, and detailed setup guidance, Cole stuck with me every step of the way. His support was not only responsive but incredibly thorough, helping resolve issues from rate configuration to app conflicts and address validation. Now everything works beautifully — freight rates display exactly as needed, giving our customers the clarity and flexibility they expect.
