Since we moved our platform to Shopify, our biggest pain point has been the way they handle stacking of shipping charges for multiple vendors or ship points. Having talked to multiple developers, Shopify Customer Service and other Shopify customers we were starting to worry this was going to be an unsolvable problem at the moment. I contacted Parcelify, and Alex replied that they had a workaround that they believed would work. He proceeded to send extremely detailed instructions on setting up our shipping profiles to get it to work with their app, and in less than 30 min, our problem was solved! Enormous relief! Thank you so much for helping a growing small business out! Works like a charm!
