Boss Pets review for Parcelify: Shipping Rates

I was looking for a shipping rule solution, as my customers were often getting charged for 2 lots of shipping if buying a certain item along with something else, which I wasnt comfortable with. I had a few issues setting this up, as I have quite complex shipping rules, and also zero ability when it comes to anything to do with computers. I was getting stressed out as I couldn't work out what I was doing wrong. I eventually messaged the support and instantly wished I would have done it much sooner. Alex was great, put me at ease, reassuring me that my shipping rules would be sorted. Just like magic, in no time at all, Alex replied confirming that my rules had been set up, and asked me to check and confirm. Everything worked as expected, and I cannot thank Alex enough. I've now had Parcelify running for a while, and its great. Its makes my life so much easier, allowing me more options for shipping rules than the standard options on Shopify. Thank you team.
