One of the biggest reasons we tried Parcelis was that there’s no cost to install or run the app, which made it an easy decision. Setup took just a few minutes, and it immediately worked with our checkout without any disruption. From there, it’s essentially upside only. Customers get peace of mind with shipping protection, and we don’t have to take on extra overhead or subscription fees. It’s rare to find an app that adds value without adding risk, and this one does exactly that.

Parcelis does a great job of solving a common pain point without adding complexity. The app integrates cleanly into Shopify and works exactly as expected. What stood out most for us is how straightforward claims handling is compared to dealing with carriers directly. It has reduced back and forth with customers and made our support process much smoother. Definitely worth installing if you ship a decent volume of orders.

We added Parcelis recently and it’s been a really solid experience so far. The checkout protection option was easy to set up and didn’t require any custom development. Customers seem to appreciate having shipping protection available, especially for higher-value orders. On our end, the reporting is clear and it’s nice to actually see incremental revenue from something that also improves trust. Overall, it’s been a win for both us and our customers

Loved the app. Parcelis addresses some of the biggest pain points merchants face with traditional shipping protection services. What stands out most to me is that there’s no subscription fee, and the customer support is exceptionally responsive, whether it’s for claims or the rare technical issue. Being backed by Hartford and offering full claim coverage provides real peace of mind. It protects merchants from financial losses while ensuring customers don’t walk away with a bad experience.
