One of the biggest reasons we tried Parcelis was that there’s no cost to install or run the app, which made it an easy decision. Setup took just a few minutes, and it immediately worked with our checkout without any disruption. From there, it’s essentially upside only. Customers get peace of mind with shipping protection, and we don’t have to take on extra overhead or subscription fees. It’s rare to find an app that adds value without adding risk, and this one does exactly that.

Parcelis does a great job of solving a common pain point without adding complexity. The app integrates cleanly into Shopify and works exactly as expected. What stood out most for us is how straightforward claims handling is compared to dealing with carriers directly.
