Previously, we were using Blue Dart API services with another Shopify application and order processing around 500 orders daily took us 3 to 5 hours, which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. However, since we switched to Parcelmind, everything has become incredibly smooth. Now, processing 500 or any number of orders takes us just 5 to 10 minutes! Shipping labels download instantly, order tracking is accurate and live, and our customers receive timely notifications. Additionally, Shopify's order fulfilment is automated, and we’ve set up a branded tracking page for our customers’ convenience. We’re extremely happy with the improvement and highly recommend Parcelmind for anyone looking to streamline their logistics! The best thing is that they are good listeners and work on brand feedback.
