ParcelVana
ParcelVana is a Shopify App that provides ecommerce merchants with a branded order tracking page on their store. Customers can easily check the status of their orders in real-time without having to contact support. The app offers features such as order lookup by order number or tracking number, real-time status updates, delivery progress view, estimated delivery date, and a full event timeline, all displayed on a page customized with the merchant's logo and theme. In the admin section, merchants can track every shipment, use search and filters, access shipment history, and view delivery analytics. The app also supports five languages for customer convenience.

Setup was simple, the tracking page looks clean, and customers can easily check where their package is without contacting support.
