We’ve tried every Facebook Pixel app out there, and Parkour: Facebook Pixel outperforms them all. I had a major issue with the purchase event not tracking properly due to using an external checkout app, and this app completely solved the problem. The setup was smooth, and the tracking is now flawless. Huge thank you to the team for their prompt and helpful support, they truly went above and beyond. I’ve tried many different server-side tracking apps, and most of them fell short for my needs. Other apps either had compatibility issues with my store or didn’t track events accurately. Their support teams tried to assist but couldn’t pinpoint or resolve the issues. This app, however, has been a game changer. It reliably tracks five key events: PageView, View Content, Add-to-Cart, Initiate Checkout, and Purchase. This has significantly improved my ability to analyse customer behaviour and optimise my store. That said, I do hope they expand their features in the future to include tracking for Add-Payment-Info, Cart View, and Collection View—features that some other apps offer. A big shoutout to Muhammed for being so friendly and supportive. Any time I encounter an issue, I know I can reach out to him for help. Overall, this app has been a fantastic solution for my store's tracking needs!
