Parlata AI allows customers to leave voice-note reviews that are transcribed by AI for easy publishing. The app simplifies the review process by enabling customers to record their feedback with a one-tap recorder, which is then transcribed and cleaned up for approval in Shopify Admin. Reviews are displayed on product pages with both audio and transcript, supporting bilingual content and working on iOS Safari and Android Chrome. Customers do not need to download an app, create an account, or remember a password to leave reviews.
