Partialy has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The ability to collect a small advance payment before COD has significantly reduced our RTO rate. Setup was very easy and the dashboard is simple to use even for non-technical users. The support team is very responsive and helped us quickly during the setup process. Highly recommended!

I’m not a developer, so I was worried about the setup, but Partialy was incredibly easy to get running. No coding was required, and the dashboard is very intuitive. It looks great on my mobile site and has already helped us capture sales we otherwise would have missed.

Great app for managing COD orders. Partial payment option helped us reduce fake orders and COD cancellations significantly. Easy to set up, smooth checkout integration, and very responsive support team. Highly recommended for COD-based stores.

La peor aplicación, no tienen periodo de prueba, si o si debes pagar para probarlo y el plan más economico son 10USD, si lo pruebas asi sea 1 minuto ya te hacen el cobro y por más que solicitas el reembolso primero indican que si lo harán tan pronto pagues y cuando pagas te dicen que por politicas no pueden generar reembolso una vez pagas el plan, pero que son buena gente entonces que hacen el reembolso si y solo si les escribes una buena reseña, asi que no se dejen engañar todas las buenas reseñas que tienen son manipuladas por reembolsos. Son una porqueria y engañan a la gente la unica forma en que ganan dinero es robando porque la aplicación es super mala y con un monton de restricciones. No la recomiendo para nada, busquen cualquier otra no esta porqueria.

Nice app though haven't been in use as of now, but one important thing is that I came across a technical glitch in the app where the COD cutoff amount limit & one other feature wasn't working, the backend support team is very friendly helpful and prompt for solving the problem. They tirelessly worked in late hours to rectify the issue. Thanks to them for solving the problem & now all the features of this app is working absolutely fine. I must recommend it to everyone who needs COD for their business. It's must try. You might get many options in the Shopify app store but USP of this app is it's backend support. Great team

The Partialy team downloaded our entire customer database discreetly without obtaining our permission. When confronted, they said its part of data crawling and gave a lame excuse. Such unethical practice is not tolerable and we have removed their app and unsubscribed the services.
