This app has been incredible! Even at the free tier, the value added is immeasurable. My site appears so high end now. It takes a little bit of maneuvering to get use to the functionality but overall it's fairly user intuitive. The interface isn't overly structured whereby you get lost in the sauce.

The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to showcase UGC video in a way that feels elevated and on-brand. What really stood out was the support team: fast, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative. The experience with Novel has been world class. The product is incredibly easy to use, the documentation and wiki of information is impressive for a young company, and the support is world class. We have seen a significant improvement on revenue per visitor for the pages we have A/B tested with Novel embedded stories and carousels.
